Barcelona coach Xavi Hernandez has confirmed that contract talks with Ousmane Dembele are ongoing. The France national team has a contract with the team until June 2022 only, with the news that many teams have made proposals for large wages to bring him to the team.

         Spanish outlets previously reported that Dembele had refused to extend his contract due to an unsatisfactory offer and would leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season UFABET.

         However, Xavi is yet to lose hope of a new contract with Dembele, revealing that talks are underway and that he hopes the player will stay.

         “I’ve talked to him and I think it’s possible he will try to stay,” Xabi said. We can sign one or two players right now.”

         “The offer is very good. I’m not talking about the economy. But Barcelona’s offer is a great one.”
